To obtain your Crit’Air sticker (Air Quality Certificate), the procedure is simple and can be done mainly online via the official website.
It is important to use only the official website to avoid fraudulent sites that offer the service at a much higher price.
1. Online Application Procedure
This is the fastest and most commonly used method.

2. Request by Mail
If you are unable to complete the process online, you can request the sticker by mail:
- Download the air quality certificate application form from the official website.
- Fill out the form in capital letters and attach a copy of your vehicle registration certificate (car registration document).
- Enclose payment by check made payable to Imprimerie Nationale S.A.
- Send everything to the delivery service address: Air Quality Certificate Delivery Service PO Box 50637 59506 DOUAI Cedex
Once received, the sticker must be affixed in a visible location on your vehicle’s windshield (bottom right, on the inside). It is valid as long as it remains legible.
